Bernard Anthony Craag, aged 52, Non-executive Chairman Bernard was Finance Director of Carlton Communications plc between 1987 and 2001, having joined Carlton in 1985. He currently holds non-executive positions as Chairman of Datamonitor plc and as a director of Mothercare plc, Workspace Group plc, Astro All Asia Networks plc and Bristol & West plc. He is a chartered accountant.

James Andrew Morrison, aged 44, Chief Executive Officer Jim is the founder of the Group and has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. Prior to setting up the Group, he was Head of Mobile Device and Application Development with BT and BT Cellnet Limited where he led the 2G, 2.5G and 3G product and application team for BT Wireless.

Melkon Marashlian, aged 47, Chief Financial Officer. Mel has 18 years of experience in senior management positions in Glassware Manufacturing, IT Distribution, and the Oil and Gas sector. Taking on roles in senior finance he performed a wide range of strategic and tactical planning functions along with extensive IPO work in the Middle East and Asia regions. Mel was CFO for Al Samim Enterprises, a major regional Glassware Manufacturer and Distributor in the Middle East and Asia.

William Mathew Gorjance, aged 50, non-Executive Director Bill has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in telecommunications and related industries. He is currently CFO of peermusic, the world’s largest independent music publisher. Before that, he was Executive Vice President, Corporate and Business Development of Telephia, Inc, a provider of syndicated information to the global mobile industry and a director of O2-UK (formerly BT Cellnet Limited).
