Prior to sending your device for repairs, please do the following:
- Send us an email at rma-usa@imate.com requesting an RMA number and providing the following information:
- Full Name
- Full Mailing Address
- Contact Number
- E-mail Address
- Device IMEI Number (Dial *#06# or could be found under the battery)
- Device Serial Number (labeled under the battery)
- Date and Place of Purchase
- Description of the Device Fault
- Please read the warranty statement that comes in the original box of your i-mate device, for In-warranty and Out-of-warranty repair cases.
- Please also note that RMA number does not justify that the repair of the faulty device will be covered under warranty.
Please note that customers in Canada sending their units for repair to PPC Techs may incur additional costs associate with customs upon receiving their units. You should check with your local courier for additional information on if these duties will apply.
